We’re Tom and Steph, and we’re really glad you’re here.

The Honey Pot Inn is proudly family-owned and lovingly brought to life by a duo with very different paths, shared values, and one big dream.

Tom is the organiser, the builder, and the quietly adventurous one. He comes from a background in business administration and has a habit of turning ideas into something solid and sustainable. When he’s not working on the business, he’s usually outdoors: fishing or riding his motorbike. Tom has a deep passion for environmental conservation and believes businesses should give back to both their community and the land they sit on.

Steph started working in restaurants at the age of 14 and, despite weaving in and out of other careers including community engagement, marketing, business operations. She always found herself coming back to hospitality - it’s where she feels most at home. Steph brings heart, creativity, and people-first thinking to everything she does. She’s a musician and singer, with a deep love for live music and the way it harmoniously brings people together.

Together, Tom and Steph have blended their contrasting skills, personalities, and passions into one shared vision: The Honey Pot Inn - it isn’t just a pub to us. It’s a place to gather, to unwind, to talk, to laugh, to listen to music, and to feel part of something. A space where food, drink, music, and events create connection. Where social, emotional, and mental wellbeing are quietly supported through simple human moments.

We’re creating a local hub that feels warm, welcoming, and unpretentious. A place for the community, visitors, families, friends, and anyone who needs a good meal, a good song, or just a place to belong for a while.
